Drummers of all levels are welcomed. Bring your drums and rattles. If you don’t have a sound maker, improvise. We will also have a few instruments to share. This is a creative and accepting forum. Our focus is on a meditative, healing experience and exploring the lessons rhythm offers us as individuals and as a community.
